Your clients rely on you. Build for what is next.

Explore funding for the people, technology, and operating capacity behind an established professional-services business.

An initial conversation—not an approval or a credit-pull authorization.

Put the capital to work

A business goal. A practical use.

These examples start the conversation. Available products and permitted uses depend on the provider and your business.

01

A more capable team

Review hiring and operational support alongside recurring payroll, collections, and client-delivery costs.

02

Systems that support growth

Consider business software, office technology, or equipment with a defined implementation plan.

03

Another office or service line

Prepare a budget that includes the space, furnishings, marketing, and operating ramp-up—not just the lease.

Before you commit

Plan around how and when clients pay.

Recurring retainers, seasonal work, and commission income create different cash-flow patterns. Explain yours so the discussion reflects actual collections and commitments.

Options to explore

Understand the structure. Before you choose.

We help you compare the purpose, payment schedule, total cost, and conditions of potential options. No product is automatically right for every business.

01 / Capital options

Business lines of credit

For a recurring need or timing gap. Discuss draw costs, repayment, and renewal terms rather than assuming continuous access.

Term funding

For a defined investment. Compare the repayment schedule and total obligation with your actual operating cash flow.

Equipment financing

For an identified business asset. Review equipment eligibility, ownership or lease structure, down payment, and conditions.

Discuss this option

Products, amounts, costs, repayment schedules, and availability depend on the provider and your business profile. Financing is subject to underwriting and approval. Velis Capital is a funding brokerage, not a direct lender.

Prepare for the conversation

Start with the basics. Keep sensitive documents out.

Share a few business details first. Any documents needed for a formal review are requested separately through an appropriate process.

Questions before the next step

A little clarity. Before you connect.

01Can tax or insurance businesses inquire?

Yes. Describe the operating business and intended use. Each provider makes its own industry and underwriting decisions.

02Does this inquiry require client records?

No. Share business-level information only. Do not include tax returns belonging to clients, policyholder records, or other confidential client information.

03Does this inquiry guarantee funding or authorize a credit pull?

No. It starts a conversation, does not guarantee an offer or approval, and does not authorize a credit pull. Any formal application has separate requirements.

04Do I need to buy a readiness service first?

No. Funding and readiness services are separate. The two-year sole-proprietor requirement applies to our business-structuring service, not to every funding inquiry. Financing eligibility is determined by the provider.
